The Kirkpatrick Model comprises the foremost evaluation methodology in the world. In this program, you will learn directly from the Kirkpatricks the true and correct methodology and apply it to an actual program to maximize business results. This program is appropriate for all professionals who wish to create and implement program evaluation plans. While there are no prerequisites for this program, prior basic knowledge and some usage of the four levels is highly recommended. Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick is co-owner of Kirkpatrick Partners. He is a visionary and an expert in training evaluation and the creator of the New World Kirkpatrick Model.

Using his 15 years of experience in the corporate world, including eight years as a training manager, Jim trains and consults for corporate, government, military and humanitarian organizations around the world. He is passionate about assisting learning professionals in redefining themselves as strategic business partners to become a viable force in the workplace.

Jim delivers lively keynote addresses and conducts workshops on topics including maximizing business results, creating powerful training and evaluation strategies, building and leveraging business partnerships and increasing the transfer of learning to on-the-job behaviors.

Dr. Kirkpatrick has delivered the bronze certification program in Moscow four times since 2008.

Jim co-authored three books with his father, Don Kirkpatrick, who is credited with creating the Kirkpatrick Model. The New World Kirkpatrick Model
The original four levels of training evaluation have been clarified with the New World Kirkpatrick Model. Below is an outline of the updated Kirkpatrick Model of training evaluation with the original definitions and new explanations.

The degree to which participants find the training favorable, engaging and relevant to their jobs

Customer Satisfaction

The original definition measured only participant satisfaction with the training.

The degree to which participants are actively involved in and contributing to the learning experience

The degree to which training participants will have the opportunity to use or apply what they learned in training on the job
